Recharge the Collage Collection

I purchased the Collage Collection long time ago. I updated the latest version from apple store. Why the Collage Collection needs to pay again? I think the app double charged me! It should not happen! I love this app. And I dont mind to pay the package that I like, but you should not charge a loyalty customer two times on one package. Please find a way to refund my money!
